What is love?

Hello squad! Here I come, with one of the many questions I do not have or pretend to have an answer to. When I was younger I though love was a feeling, that it only could be possible in a relationship, I mean we had been conducted our whole lives to believe this. Throughout my life I had appreciated love in many forms and shapes, I recognize and value, that love can be explained with science, math, and possibly even physics. But love is more than a feeling, it is a life style. We have to live by love, we need to love each other more, and we need to share it, how do we share such a tough and complicated social emotional construct? by reflecting our love, through kindness, values, ethics, and morals. By volunteering in non-profits that are empowering your community, your neighborhood, and your local schools. We need to love each other, I know sounds cliché and very “carpe diem” but humans, we are not loving each other like we should. I believe the ultra-systematic capitalistic & oppressive system we live in is every day dividing us more, and we are allowing it, we don’t believe in the potential that we have, we don’t trust each other, we are not honest with each other, and we are definitely not loving each other. I mean it is not easy to dismantle a system that have existed for thousands of years, but I believe that through love, through kindness the system can be dismantle. Let’s not forget one of my favorite Greek Myths-Pandora’s Box,
“Pandora was scared, because she saw all the evil spirits coming out and tried to close the box as fast as possible, closing Hope inside.”
Maybe that’s our own truth about our hope, and our love.
